Training sessions on "Employee conduct and necessary actions during emergencies"
From March 11 to 13, the Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service of MIA organized theoretical and practical training sessions on “Employee conduct and necessary actions during emergencies” for the staff of the History Museum of Armenia led by r/s Colonel M. Avetisyan, Head of the Critical Infrastructure Protection Division.
The purpose of the training was to ensure the preparedness of museum employees in emergency situations, enabling them to respond effectively, ensure safety and protect lives.
Highlighting the importance of enhancing employee skills in emergency situations, participants were introduced to key aspects of operational response, safety maintenance and essential actions to be taken during emergencies, including to assist individuals, ensure safety and minimize potential risks, as well as to introduce the fundamentals of first aid, evacuation procedures and general security measures.
During the practical sessions, participants were shown the proper use of firefighting equipment and demonstrated its effectiveness in emergency situations.
At the end of the training, an open discussion was held reviewed their acquired knowledge, received answers to their questions, and shared their insights and suggestions. At the same time, they emphasized how they could apply their newly gained skills to ensure both their own safety and that of visitors during emergencies.
Such training programs help improve preparedness, enhance emergency response capabilities and contribute to raising overall public safety awareness.
