On September 23, at 03։38 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that the main bridge over the Vachagan River had damaged on Garegin Nzhdeh Street in Kapan town: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It was found that a section of the main bridge over the Vachagan River near Garegin Nzhdeh Square was damaged: there were no casualties.

The rescuers blocked off the scene.

The bridge was closed to traffic flow.

The patrol service of the Police of the MIA was implemented the patrolling.
