On July 1, at 12:15 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred at the beginning of Gortsaranayin Street in Kapan town: there was a casualty.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the "VAZ", "Opel Astra" and "Opel Vectra" cars collided.

The drivers of "VAZ" and "Opel Astra" cars were hospitalized in a medical center.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries and closed the gas valves of the cars, blocked off the scene.
