On September 13, at 19:38 an emergency call was received to Aragatsotn Regional Crisis Management Center a car had rolled down into the canyon on Hartavan-Aragyugh roadway.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that "Opel" car (driver H. Kh. born in 2004) ran off the roadway, hit the roadside railings and rolled down into the canyon (about 60 m) at the site called "Astvatsnkali dzor".

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery, closed the gas valve of the car, took the casualty out of the canyon on a stretcher and moved to ambulance car. The casualty was hospitalized to a medical center where the doctors assessed his health condition as fair.
