The Tavush Regional Rescue Department reviewed its activities from September, focusing on key events designed to enhance both the practical and theoretical knowledge of participants and to improve skills for handling emergency situations.
Highlighting the special tactical training conducted at the kindergarten in the Navur settlement of the Berd community, aimed at assessing and enhancing the skills of emergency responders and rescuers.
According to the scenario, the fire had broken out on the first floor of the kindergarten, putting both staff and children at risk. Participants demonstrated high preparedness by clearly and systematically executing all necessary actions, from reconnaissance and evacuation to firefighting, rescue operations and first aid.
At the end of the exercise, a comprehensive analysis of the participants' actions was conducted, highlighting effective points and identifying specific shortcomings for further improvement.
Large-scale exercises on sheltering and evacuation in response to "Air-raid" warning siren were held in Ijevan, Noyemberyan and Berd communities. The civil defense sirens were used and the population received detailed instructions on safety protocols, significantly enhancing public awareness and ensuring clarity in actions.
The Tavush Regional Rescue Department staff actively participated in a training organized by the Ijevan branch of "Veolia Water" the training concentrated on the immediate actions required for emergency recovery in case of incidents within the water supply system focused on "Emergency recovery operations in case of water supply network accidents". During the analysis of the results, both effective actions and necessary improvements were highlighted to enhance future operations to a higher level.
Notably, such activities organized by the Rescue Service were permanent and primarily aim to enrich participants' knowledge and significantly enhance their practical skills.
