On August 3, at 06:05, an emergency call was received to the Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that a citizen in Nor Hachn town had been attempting to commit suicide by jumping off a bridge and required rescue assistance.

An operative group from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

Thanks to the joint efforts of rescuers and police officers, the suicide attempt of the citizen was prevented. The latter was transferred to the Nor Hachn Police Department.
