On February 21, at 15:12 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that truck had stuck in snow at the end of Kajaran town: the traffic flow was impended.

The operative group and one fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched.

The rescuers towed 7 stuck trucks out of, restoring traffic flow, as a result 139 trucks continued their journey.
