The Director of RS-Deputy Minister of IA Aram Ghazaryan was on a working visit to the Armavir and Ararat provinces on February 17.

Aram Ghazaryan got acquainted with the activities of the subdivisions of the Regional Rescue Departments, assessed the technical equipment of the fire and rescue teams, the training of personnel and the operational response capabilities.

The RS Director also held a working meeting. He emphasized that in the current year, it was necessary to focus on the implementation of conceptual approaches to the transformation of the Rescue Service.

According to Aram Ghazaryan, it was necessary to increase the level of service readiness and professional capabilities in scenarios of varying complexity.

Aram Ghazaryan instructed to activate cooperation with volunteer fire units within the framework of practical events, emphasizing the improvement of rapid response mechanisms, reduction of response time and the need for coordinated action of fire and rescue squads.

Referring to the process of developing the professional knowledge and skills of rescuers, Aram Ghazaryan emphasized the importance of continuing training.

Aram Ghazaryan expressed his gratitude to the rescuers for their effective activity and stressed the need to strengthen the positive indicators. At the end of the visit, a group of empoyees were awarded their first officer ranks.
