Staff of the Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice trained in Psychological Assistance Division of the RS of MIA

A certificate presentation ceremony was held at the Psychological Assistance Division of the RS of MIA led by the Director of RS - Deputy Minister of IA Kamo Tsutsulyan, as well as the Chief Enforcement Officer Siro Amirkhanyan.

"First Psychological Aid" training organized by the Psychological Assistance Division of the RS of MIA were held from March 24 to April 2. The purpose of the training was to enhance the readiness of 45 employees to provide psychological assistance in complex and crisis situations within the framework of a special phased educational program.

One of the purposes of the training was also to familiarize participants with the principles of effective communication and the provision of first psychological aid. The training was conducted in the form of both theoretical and practical sessions. The participants had the opportunity to use special relaxation equipment to improve their psychological recovery state.

At the end of the event, participants were awarded certificates.

It is worth noting that the Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice and the Psychological Assistance Division of the RS of MIA have been collaborating since 2021. Such interagency meetings are ongoing, contributing to the development of professional skills and the preservation of employees' mental health.
