The Rescue Service informs that some roads are closed and difficult to pass in the Republic of Armenia.

The road leading from “Amberd” high mountain meteorological station to Lake Kari is closed.

Stepanavan turns are closed for trailer trucks.

Spitak turns are difficult to pass for trailer trucks.

Vardenyats Pass is passable only in case of using tire chains.

Black ice is formed on the roadways of Syunik province highlands, on the roadways of Gegharkunik province, on the roadways of Artik, Talin, Aragats, Aparan, Garni, Ashotsk regions and  on the roadway from Tigranashen turns to Yeraskh.

Fog is noticed in Armavir province.

Drivers are advised to drive solely on winter tires.
