The Rescue Service informs that some roads are closed and difficult to pass in the Republic of Armenia.

The roads leading from “Amberd” high mountain meteorological station to Lake Kari and Amberd fortress are closed.

Artashavan-Tsilkar roadway and Spitak turns are closed for trucks.

Vardenyats Pass is difficult to pass for trailer trucks.

Black-ice is formed on the roadways of Aparan region and Aragats-Aparan.

It is snowing in Vayots Dzor province, in Baghramyan, Aragats, Ashtarak regions, in Armavir, Tashir, Sevan, Gavar, Chambarak, Berd, Tsaghkadzor, Hrazdan towns, in Lanjar, Lusashogh, Lanjanist villages, in Spitak and Tigranashen turns.

There is a storm in Aragats region and on Aparan-Kuchak, Aparan-Nigavan roadways.

Drivers are advised to drive solely on winter tires.
