The Rescue Service informs that some roads are closed and difficult to pass in the Republic of Armenia.

The roads leading from “Amberd” high mountain meteorological station to Lake Kari and Amberd fortress are closed.

Vardenyats Pass is closed for trucks and difficult to pass for other types of vehicles.

Dilijan turns are difficult to pass for trailer trucks.

It is snowing in Lori, Shirak provinces, on Tigranashen turns, in Talin, Vedi, Berd, Ijevan regions, Kajaran, Hrazdan, Sevan, Chambarak, Dilijan, Aparan towns and Zangakatun village.

Black-ice is formed on the roadways of Alagyaz region.

Storm is noticed in Aragats region.

Fog is noticed on Aghvani-Tatev roadway, in Kajaran, Ijevan, Noyemberyan and Berd towns.

Drivers are advised to drive solely on winter tires.
