The Rescue Service informs that some roads are closed and difficult to pass in the Republic of Armenia․

The road leading from “Amberd” high mountain meteorological station to Lake Kari is closed.

Spitak turns are closed for trucks.

Vardenyats Pass is open for trucks in case of using tire chain.

Berd-Chambarak roadway is difficult to pass for all types of vehicles.

The roads of Ashotsk region are difficult to pass for trucks.

It is snowing in Dilijan and Jajur turns, in Aragats region, in Vanadzor, Aparan, Talin and Kajaran towns. 

Black-ice is formed on the roads of Artik, Aparan and Aragats regions.

Fog is noticed in Aragats region, in the highlands of Syunik province and in the section called "Meghru sar".

Drivers are advised to drive solely on winter tires.

According to the information provided by the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and from the Department of Crisis Management Center of the Republic of North Ossetia of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, Stepantsminda-Larsi highway is closed for all types of vehicles, due to the worsening of weather conditions.
