On April 13, at 12։06 an emergency call was received to Shirak Regional Operative Management Center that fire had noticed behind a supermarket on Garegin Nzhdeh Street in Gyumri town.

Two fire units and one water tanker from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The fire was localized at 12:50 and extinguished at 14:50. The small house (about 80 square meters) with its belongings was burnt.

The firefighters prevented the fire from spreading to the two-story building adjacent to the small house.
