On July 10, at 14:43 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Operative Management Center that citizen had drowned in a river near a hotel in Getahovit village.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The citizens discovered the dead body of a citizen who had fallen into the river about 800 meters from the scene in the Khachaghbyur River. The rescuers pulled the citizen's dead body out of the river.
