On January 31, at 21։19 an emergency call was received to Ararat Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred in Shahumyan village: there were stuck citizens.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that at the 30th km of Yerevan-Yeraskh roadway, “Jeep” car ran off the roadway and appeared in a water pipe. The rescuers took the driver and passenger out of the car, then moved to the ambulance on a stretcher.
