On August 22 at 14։32 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Operative Management Center that car accident occurred on Dilijan-Vanadzor roadway. There was one casualty.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “VAZ” car ran off the roadway and crashed into a mound of earth. The driver was stuck in the car.

The rescuers pulled the stuck driver out and moved to the ambulance disconnected the automotive battery of the car and blocked off the scene.
