On January 18, at 15։10 an emergency call was received to vush Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on the road to Goshavank monastery complex.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “Opel” and “Jeep” cars collided at the beginning of Gosh village, as a result the latter appeared in the nearby Getik River.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the passenger of “Opel” car had been hospitalized in a medical center.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of “Opel” car.
