On September 2, at 14։40 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that car and wood had been on fire on the section of the road leading from Ejmiatsin town to Sayat-Nova village.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that "Mercedes-Benz" car (driver S. M. born in 1963) ran off the roadway, crashed into the accumulated construction wood and the electric pole, as a result the fire broke out: there were no casualties.

The fire was localized at 15։40 and extinguished at 15։54.   The car, the accumulated wood (about 20 cubic meters) and the electric pole were partially burnt.
