On November 1, at 23:01 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred near Noravan block in Dzoraghbyur village: the cars collided, one of which caught fire.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department and the rescue group from the Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of the Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Opel" (driver T. G. born in 2005) and "Moskvich" cars collided, as a result a fire broke out in "Opel" car.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the driver of "Opel" car had been taken to the medical center by the local forces, where his death was pronounced.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and the closed the gas valve of "Moskvich" car, moved the driver to the ambulance: the casualty was hospitalized in a medical center.

The fire was localized at 23:24 and extinguished at 23:24. "Opel" car was burnt.
