On November 12, at 14:50 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident with fire had occurred on Chambarak-Ttujur roadway.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that "Mercedes-Benz" (driver G. M. born in 1975) and "GAZ" (driver S. L. born in 1991) cars collided at the end of Gardman Street in Chambarak town: “Mercedes-Benz” car ran off the roadway and caught fire, the driver died on the spot. The dead body of the driver was found about 4 meters away from the car.

The fire was localized at 15։08 and extinguished at 15:15. The engine part of “Mercedes-Benz” car was burnt. The rescuers disconcerted the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of the car.
