On November 21, at 10:57 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that a car had crashed into a diesel locomotive near the depot and caught fire in Artashar village of Armavir province.

Three fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Recue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "BMW" car (driver A. A. born in 1969) crashed into a diesel locomotive and caught fire.

The fire was localized at 11:20 and extinguished at 11:40. The car was burnt.
