On July 28, at 10։00 an emergency call was received to 112 Operative Management Center of the MIA that car had been fallen into Voghji River in front of a building on Spandaryan Street in Kapan town.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “Chevrolet” car ran off the roadway, crashed into a barrier and appeared in the river.

The driver was taken to a medical center. The rescuers disconnected the automative battery of the car and blocked off the scene. The car was pulled out of the river using special equipment.
