On May 24, at 19։32 an emergency call was received to Vayots Dzor Regional Operative Management Center that car accident had occurred on Vayk-Saravan section on Yerevan-Meghri roadway: the rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that the passenger of "Mercedes" car and two "Iveco" trucks collided at the 153rd km of Yerevan-Meghri roadway. There were casualties.

The rescuers moved two casualties of "Mercedes" car to the ambulance, and with the help of hydraulic tools, pulled another stuck casualties out and also moved to the ambulance. The casualties were hospitalized.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of "Mercedes" car.
