On January 11, at 14։26 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that truck had overturned near Vahagnadzor village: a citizen was stuck.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “MAN” truck (loaded with laminate) near the 20th km of Vanadzor-Alaverdi roadway ran off the roadway and overturned. The roadway was one-way closed. The fuel leak occurred from the truck.
The rescuers took the driver out of the truck cabin and moved to an ambulance. The casualty was hospitalized in a medical center.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery of the truck, removed the spilled laminate from the roadway and washed the road.
