On July 31, at 12:48 an emergency call was received to Vayots Dzor Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on Yerevan- Meghri roadway.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Lexus" and "Seat" cars collided on Yerevan-Meghri roadway.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries, closed the gas valves of the cars, moved the passenger of "Seat" car to the ambulance and blocked off the scene. The casualty was hospitalized at a medical center.
