On August 21, at 22:57 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred Yerevan-Ijevan roadway: there was a casualty and gas leak: the  rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Ford" car (driver M. G. born in 1993) crashed into a parked "Sitrak" truck (driver G. P. born in 1987) on the 57th km of Yerevan-Ijevan roadway.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, The driver of "Ford" car had been hospitalized in a medical center.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of “Ford” car.
