On March 13, at 20:18 information was received to Shirak Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred in Maralik town: rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that at the 89th kilometer of Yerevan-Gyumri roadway, “ZIL” truck and “Hyundai” car collided: the driver of the latter car died.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries of the cars, closed the gas valve of “ZIL” truck and moved the dead body of the driver of “Hyundai” car to the ambulance.
