On June 10, at 00:20 information was received to Crisis Management National Center that car had run off the roadway on Yerevan-Abovyan roadway and appeared in a nearby gorge. There was one casualty.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “Infiniti” car ran off the roadway and fallen from the bridge onto the railway tracks.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the driver had been pulled out of the car.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of the car, pulled the driver out of the gorge and moved to the ambulance. The latter was hospitalized at a medical center.
