On April 6, at 10:23 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on Yeghvard-Ashtarak roadway: there was a casualty.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “Volkswagen” car ran off the roadway and appeared in a ravine (about 20 meters) at the 8th km of Yeghvard-Ashtarak roadway. The rescuers closed gas valve and moved an ambulance to the driver, who was hospitalized at a medical center.
