On July 15, at 16:27 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that a car accident had occurred on Vardenis-Lusakunk roadway: there were casualties.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that "BMW" car on the 4th km of Vardenis-Martuni roadway veered off the roadway and ended up on a pipe. 

Before the rescuers arrived on the scene the passengers had been hospitalized at a medical center. 

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery, closed the gas valve of the car and implemented road-cleaning up activities.
