On June 27, at 09:49 an emergency call received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on Vanadzor-Dilijan roadway: there were stuck citizens.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “Mercedes-Benz” minibus and “VAZ” car collided at the 14th km of Vanadzor-Dilijan roadway. The driver and passenger of “VAZ” car died on the spot and the passenger of  “Mercedes-Benz” minibus was hospitalized in a medical center.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of the “VAZ” car, removed the dead bodies, moved to the mortuary vehicle and washed the road.
