On September 13, at 01։56 an emergency call was received to Armavir Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred near Arshaluys village on Vagharshapat-Armavir roadway: the rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that two “Opel” cars collided at the 9th km of Vagharshapat-Armavir roadway.

Before the fire and rescue services arrived at the scene, four casualties had been hospitalized in a medical center.

The rescuers blocked off the scene, disconnected the automotive batteries and closed the gas valves of the cars.
