On January 30, at 16:2 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on Tatev-Ltsen roadway.

One fire unit from Aghvani Emergency Point of the Fire and Rescue Squad of Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that on the roadway leading to Ltsen village, “Foton” truck with a trailer (driver N. G. born in 1980) overturned. The roadway was one-way closed. The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery of the car, blocked off the scene and moved the driver on a stretcher to the ambulance. The casualty was hospitalized in a medical center.
