On November 7, at 17։10 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that car accident had occurred on the bridge in Dzoraghbyur village: two cars collided and there were a stuck citizen and fuel leak.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department and rescue group of the Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "KamAZ" (driver A. A. born in 1990) and "Shacman" (driver S. H. born in 1958) trucks collided: "KamAZ" truck overturned and there was a fuel leak.

The rescuers took the stuck driver of "KamAZ" truck out and moved to the ambulance: the latter was hospitalized in a medical center.

The rescuers carried out washing activities on the road.
