On August 24, at 01:41 information was received to Ararat Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on Taperakan - Nor Kyanq roadway: there was a gas leak.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.  

It turned out that "GAZ" diesel truck carrying fuel (driver A. M. born in 1977) had ran off the roadway and appeared in a non-functioning water pipe on the 1st km of Taperakan - Nor Kyank roadway: there were no casualties.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of the truck, pulled out of the water pipe with the help of special equipment.
