On October 17, at 14։36 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that near a restaurant on the Spitak-Vanadzor roadway: there was a casualty. The rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Nissan" car (driver G. G. born in 1979) ran off the roadway and appeared in the field near the roadside on the 5th km of Spitak-Vanadzor roadway.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, M. M. (born in 2022), A. M. (born in 1991), T. P. (born in 1989) and G. A. (born in 1991) had been pulled out of the car by the local forces.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of the car, moved the driver and passenger K. A. (born in 1962) to the ambulance. The casualties were hospitalized in a medical center.
