On February 24, at 08։30 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Operative Management Center that car accident had occurred near Gorayk village: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Ford" and "Toyota" cars collided at the 33rd km of Sisian-Gorayk roadway. The latter ran off the roadway and appeared in the middle of the field.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries and closed the gas valves of "Toyota" car, and moved the passenger of the latter to the ambulance on a stretcher. The casualty was hospitalized at a medical center.
