On February 10, at 21:52 information was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred in Lchap village: there were casualties. The rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “Mercedes-Benz”, “Mitsubishi” and “BYD” cars collided at the 19th km of Sevan-Martuni-Getap roadway.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries and closed the gas valves of the cars, pulled the passenger of “Mercedes-Benz” out of the car. The latter was hospitalized at a medical center.
