On January 16, at 10։23 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred near the church in Hayravank village: there was a victim. The rescuers' help was needed.

The operative group from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department and one fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that near the 22nd km of Sevan-Martuni-Getap roadway, "Nissan" and "Toyota" cars collided.

The driver of "Toyota" car was hospitalized at a medical center: the passenger's dead body was removed from the car by the local forces.
