On November 15, at 19:16 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred near Chkalovka village: there were casualties and the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Recue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "GAZ" (driver G. O. born 1988) and "Samand" (driver H. Ye. born 1973) cars collided․

Before the rescuers arrived on the scene the driver and passenger A. B. (born on 1999) of "GAZ" car were hospitalized in the medical center.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries and closed the gas valves of the cars, pulled the driver of "Samand" car with the special equipment, moved to the ambulance, implemented road-cleaning up activities. H. Ye. was hospitalized in the medical center.
