On August 10, at 17:26 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that car accident had occurred on Sebastia Street of Yerevan city: there were casualties. The rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “Opel”, “Chevrolet”, “Mitsubishi” and “Volkswagen” cars collided near 188 Sebastia Street. The driver of “Mitsubishi” died on the spot.

The rescuers moved the dead body of the driver of “Mitsubishi” to the mortuary vehicle, the passenger to the ambulance, who was hospitalized at a medical center.

Ambulance personal provided first aid to the passenger of “Volkswagen” car on the spot and the passengers of “Chevrolet” car were taken to a medical center.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries and closed the gas valves of “Chevrolet”, “Mitsubishi” and “Volkswagen” cars, blocked off the scene.
