On August 2, at 22:04, an emergency call was received to the Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that a car accident had occurred on Kapan-Norashenik roadway.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that at the 9th km of the Kapan-Norashenik roadway, “Porsche” car collided with a parked “Toyota” car. The driver of the “Toyota” car died at the scene.

Rescuers disconnected the power supply of the “Toyota” car and shut off the gas cylinder valve.
