On October 24, at 11։36 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on Yerevan-Sevan roadway: two cars collided and there were casualties. The rescuers' help was needed.

The rescue group from Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that on the Sevan-Yerevan highway, near the section called “Eagle Wings”, cars of the “Opel” and “Hyundai” brands collided.

Two casualties were taken to a medical center.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries and closed the gas valves of the cars, used special equipment to pulled two passengers out of “Hyundai” car and moved to the ambulances. The casualties were hospitalized to a medical center, where a passenger died.
