On September 10, at 16:09 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on Kapan-Kajaran roadway: the rescuers' help was needed.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "SHACMAN" truck (driver H. Kh. born in 1993) overturned on the roadway on the 10th km of Kapan-Kajaran roadway: there was a fuel leak.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the driver and passenger S. H. (born in 1984) had been pulled out of the car by the local forces and taken to the medical center: the doctors assessed the health condition of the casualties as satisfactory.

The rescuers carried out washing works on the roadway.
