On February 26, at 23:56 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Operative Management Center that car accident had occurred on Kapan-Kajaran roadway: the rescuers’ help was needed.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "IVECO" truck and "Nissan" car had collided.

The passenger of "Nissan" car was transferred to a medical center.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries of the cars, pulled the stuck driver out of "Nissan" car and moved to the ambulance. The latter was hospitalized at the medical center.
