On April 28, at 01:38 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Operative Management Center that car accident had occurred on the road leading from Kajaran town towards “Meghru sar”.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.  

It turned out that “Peugeot” car ran off the roadway on the 14th km of Kajaran-Meghri roadway and rolled into a ditch for about 100 meters. 

4 citizens were transferred to a medical center, one of whom died. 

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery of the car.
