On December 17, at 16:03 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on Ijevan-Noyemberyan roadway: there was a casualty. The rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched.

It turned out that “KIA” car (driver A. K. born in 1985) ran off the roadway and crashed into a tree at the 16th km of Ijevan-Noyemberyan roadway.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the driver of the car had been pulled out of the car by the local forces and taken to a medical center.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery of the car and blocked of the scene.
