On September 21, at 02:36 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on Ijevan-Dilijan roadway.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Mercedes-Benz" car (driver M. E. born in 1971) ran off the roadway (about 5 meters) and crashed into a tree near the 15th km of the Ijevan-Dilijan roadway: the driver died on the spot.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of the car, pulled the dead body of the driver out and moved to the mortuary vehicle.
