On May 10, at 03։37 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Operative Management Center that car accident had occurred at the 13th km of Ijevan-Dilijan roadway: there was a casualty. The rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that "Mercedes-Benz" car ran off the roadway and appeared in the Aghstev River, while the driver was on the other bank of the river.

The rescuers moved the driver to the ambulance: the latter was hospitalized.

The rescuers pulled the car out of the river using special equipment.
